Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

At crimsonsaffron.com, your personal online security is of the utmost importance to us. Our Payment Gateway services are PCI DSS and ISO:27001 compliant. We use the highest assurance SSL/TLS certificate, which makes sure that no unauthorized person can even access your contact details over our website. Our Payment Gateway service flags fake orders by analyzing multiple parameters like junk details, historical patterns and even replaces your 16-digit card number with a randomly assigned token serials, which replaces the original card number, making it next to impossible to reverse-engineer the actual card details.

What payment methods are available?

crimsonsaffron.com checkout offers multiple payment methods, allowing our customers the flexibility to complete the payment using the payment method of their choice. It allows the end-customer alternate payment methods in case of downtimes with one of the payment methods.
We accept payments from customers through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, EMI and UPI. You can pay through UPI Apps such as Google Pay, BHIM UPI and PhonePe. We also support multiple third-party UPI apps having PSP Bank as Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Induslnd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India and Yes Bank.

How long will it take to get my package?

We at crimsonsaffron.com, process and dispatch order soon we receive payment. Usually it takes 5 to 7 days to get order delivered in India. Also, delivery of order depends on distance, location, climate, strikes, lock-downs etc. as well.

How do I place an order?

You can order easily using our online website www.crimsonsaffron.com. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within two hours of confirmation of your order by logging our website www.crimsonsaffron.com. Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the dispatch section and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject – ‘Cancellation’ within two hours of your order. Payment done through credit card or net banking will be refunded within two days. Also, we cannot refund the payment while shipment in transit.
You can modify your order only by adding more products. Modification of order is to be done within two hours of your previous order confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, Login is not mandatory to make a purchase. However, if you create an account with us, your future check-outs will be easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers customized specially for you.

How do I track my order?

After confirmation of your order, you will be provided with shipment details along with air way bill number or docket number. A link will be provided with an email where you can keep watch on shipment. You can also track your order though our website www.crimsonsaffron.com. Click on information and then Order status.

How can I return a product?

Any food item which you order on www.crimsonsaffron.com cannot be returned unless you receive different food item. If you receive different food item which you didn’t order you can write to us on care@crimsonsaffron.com with product pictures and actual order will be dispatched. You need to return previously received order through courier and charges of same will be reimbursed to you online.

Where do you ship from?

All the shipments you order from www.crimsonsaffron.com are shipped from Kashmir (J&K).

Can I place my order by telephone?

You can book your order through phone but unless we don’t receive full payment, your order cannot be shipped.

Why is my card declined when I try to place an order

Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:
A typo in the card number. Try entering your card number again.
An expired credit card. If your card hasn’t expired, check to make sure the date was entered right.
A typo in the Card Verification Code (CVC). Double-check the number and retype it.
If you find an issue with the card details, update your card information:
Mismatched billing address with the one on file with your bank.
If you tried all these and still couldn’t get your card to work, contact your card provider.
