Cancellations and Refunds

Refund Policy?

Damaged Shipment: In case of a product being damaged during transit which is highly unlikely, please take a video or photograph send it us within 24 hours of the package being received. We will send across a replacement parcel within next two days which should reach you within the next 7 days.

Incorrect Order: In case of incorrect order being delivered please send across a video or photograph of the parcel to care@crimsonsaffron.com and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 7 working days

Shipment Lost: In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within two days of updating of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week.
In above cases, if there is requirement of refund same will be done accordingly.

Modification of Order?

You can modify your order only by adding more products. Modification of order is to be done within two hours of your previous order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order within two hours of confirmation of your order. Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the dispatch section and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject – ‘Cancellation’ within two hours of your order. Payment done through credit card or net banking will be refunded within two days. Also we cannot refund the payment while shipment in transit.
